Normally I wouldn’t even talk about this, but it sucks enough that I have to tell someone. I am kind of picky when in comes to girls…no surprise there. Now I met this girl, who after hanging out with once decided was pretty cool. From there, I start to think, who knows. Anyway after asking her out a second time and being mysteriously ditched I find out that she is trying to get back together with her Ex. I try to explain that I am really just looking for a friend (which I would really be fine with because I don’t have many “girls who are friends” in LA) but that never works. How do I know it never works? Well I will tell you and here is the punch line. This has happened to me three times in the last month. Really the exact same story…word for word. Girl, ditch, Ex. Girl, ditch, Ex. Girl, ditch, Ex. I guess life just has its little jokes.
