Let me tell you a little about the number 6.  It’s what you would call my cosmic number.  First of all I’m not one who believes in such a thing, but it’s fun to observe the coincidences that draw out a path that some would consider fate. It all started with June, the 6th month of the year.  The month I was born.  When I was in college I became an RA and was assigned the 6th floor of the west tower.  The next year I was assigned to terrace 6.  After that, I moved to circle apartment 06-06.  I played Ultimate Frisbee while in college and was given two jerseys while playing with Nawshus.  One had the number 33 and the other 51. This ones a bit of a stretch, but they both add up to 6.  I graduated in 2006 and moved to Los Angeles. Now in Los Angeles I meet two amazing guys and we decide to move into an apartment together.  That apartment is number 6 on 622 Tularosa Dr.  I also have the parking spot number 6.  The number 6 has always lead me to good things.  Now what does all this mean?  I don’t know, but I would like to take this time to thank all 666 of you for following JimIsland. …Thank you.
